What is a Member? |

The goal of membership is to make your sweepstakes experience easier, faster, and more enjoyable.
Benefits of membership include being able to associate multiple tickets to one account, ability to view sweepstakes results for all of your tickets from one central 'hub', option to specify how you prefer to be contacted if you win, and ability to make a donation online before the sweepstakes begins. No purchase is necessary to become a member.
You can become a member by hitting the "JOIN" button in the "Become a Member" section at
www.footballsweeps.com and then entering either your ticket's
Access Code or your
Organization's Password. You will then be stepped through the registration process. You only have to create a member account once. After you have created a member account, you will use your email address and a password of your choosing to log in to view results as well as to manage your account.
Creating a member account using an Access Code.
Creating a member account using your Access Code automatically associates that ticket to your account. Additional tickets can be added to your member account at any time.
Creating a member account using an Organization's Password.
Creating a member account using your Organization's Password does not initially have any tickets associated with the account. Tickets can be added to your member account at any time.

Do I have to become a member to view sweepstakes results? |

No, membership is not mandatory in order to view sweepstakes results. You can view sweepstakes results
without creating a member account by entering either your ticket's Access Code or your Organization's Password into the "Non-Member Results" area on the home page
(www.footballsweeps.com) and hitting the "GO" button.
What is a Member Profile? |
|
A Member Profile is automatically created when a person registers as a Member. The Profile associated with your member account tracks your ticket performance, stores your winner contact information, and allows you to save multiple tickets to one profile.
Regarding security, you have complete control on what information can be seen by your non-profit organization and other ticket holders.

How secure is my personal information? |

Security is a principle concern for Marketing Concepts Co. We have invested heavily in security technology, security processes, and follow strict security guidelines to ensure your information is as safe as possible. For more details on our security guidelines please review our

Do I have to supply financial information? |
|
No. You do not have to supply any financial information. There is no fee for becoming a Member. Memberships are free and are provided as an additional benefit for you. If you do not want to make a donation for a ticket, you can create a profile using an Organization's Password.
Do I have control over the privacy of my information? |
|
Yes. As a member, you have complete control regarding the privacy of your personal information. You decide what can be seen or not seen. You can make your entire account private, have only your name displayed if you are a winner, display only your 'screenname'. The non-profit organization printed on the front of your ticket NEVER has visibility or access to any of your financial information (if provided).

Is a ticket required in order to be a member? |

No. You can become a member using an Organization's Password. The password can be found on an organization's posters, by directly contacting the organization or by filling out our
Request for Organization Password Form form.
Logging In
How do I log in to my member account? |
|
You can log into your member account with email address and password that you associated with your member account during registration. Simply enter them into the appropriate fields in the "Member Results" section on the home page and hit the "LOG IN" button.
I forgot the email address associated with my account |
|
Forgot the email address associated with your member account? Simply use our
"Forgot your Email Address" form. You will be prompted for your Member ID. Your Member ID was emailed to you upon completion of the registration process. After submitting the form, a new password will be automatically generated and emailed to the address associated with your member account. If you do not know your Member ID, please
contact us and provide us with as much information about your member account that you can remember (Your name, Organization, Access Code, Ticket Number, etc.).

Forgot your password? No problem! Just use our
"Forgot your Password" form.You will be prompted for the email address associated with your member account. After submitting the form, a new password will be automatically generated and emailed to the address associated with your member account.

If you receive this message and your CAPS LOCK is not on. Either the email or password (or perhaps both) cannot be found in our system.

Access Codes & Organization Passwords
What is an Access Code? |
|

An access code is a unique 9 digit alpha-numeric code printed on the front side of each ticket. An access code can be used to quickly view results in the "Non-Member Results" section or to create a member account in the "Become a Member" section on the home page.
I get an Error: Access Code not found |
|
This error is displayed when the access code that you type in doesn't match one in our system. Make sure you have typed the access code in correctly. If you are certain that you have typed in the correct access code and are receiving this error message - submit our
Contact Us form and provide as much information as you can regarding your issue (include your name, email address, organization name from your ticket, access code, ticket number etc.)
What is an Organization Password? |
|
Each organization has it's own unique password associated with their fundraising program.
Where you find your Organization's Password depends whether we are talking about a Football program or a Racing program:
Football 2005 program: Organization Passwords for the Football 2005 program can be found on the posters for that organization.The Organization's Password can be used to either create a member account or to view results quickly if you are not a member. If you do not know or have forgotten your Organization's Password, you can submit our
Request for Organization Password Form and you will receive an email with the proper password.
Racing 2005 program: Organization Passwords for the Racing 2005 program can be found on the front side of your ticket. Normally, the Organization Password is located in the upper-left hand corner underneath the organization's name.
Winners
If I win do I have to contact the organization? |

No. You do not have to contact the organization to claim your prize. All winners are paid automatically by the organization. If your ticket is a winner, the organization will use the information from the ticket stub or the from your member profile to contact you regarding your prize.
All prizes are paid out weekly.
Do I have to register as a Member in order to win? |
|
No. Registration is not required in order to be a winner. You only need to fill out the ticket's stub with your contact information. The organization will use
BOTH the ticket stubs and online Member information to pay winners. If you do not register as a Member the organization has your ticket stub and will automatically contact you if you are a winner.
My information is marked Private, how do I get my prize? |
|
If you make your personal information Private, then the organization will use the information from your ticket stub to contact you for a prize.

If you have specific questions or need more help we recommend using the

Contact Us page your question can be directed to the people who can provide the best help. Please remember the more information you can provide us, the better we can respond to your request. We recommend sending us the following information:
- Your name
- Any member account information you can provide (email address, access code, ticket number etc.)
- The name of the organization that sold you the ticket
- The sport (football, basketball, etc.)
- If you prefer a phone call, please include the number to call
- Message explaining the issue
